Web Contact Systems (WCS) is Eudata’s Unified Communication (UC) solution.
WCS is made up of a core which allows Web access to telephone and IM applications through a Flash interface.
WCS can be used in two different ways:
o Click To Call: this application allows the set up of IM voice and video communications directly from the Web interface. It is particularly suited to Contact Center environments.
o WebPhone: SIP phone and IM XMPP client, qualified to be registered on SIP Servers
